Crazily our lists are pretty much the same!! Only things different were "mature tree growth," because I don't really care (although I suppose they are good for treehouses which I always wanted to have) and wood burning fireplace... I'm fine with a switch to flip thanks. :o) Also I hate tile floors. Very pretty but make my feet SOOO COOOOLD! I would just have to cover them up with gushy rugs which I would then have to jump to like islands. Plus the grout is annoying to clean. So I'm a hardwood fan, including kitchens and bathrooms. Maybe not master bath though, that might be weird? Oh ok- HEATED tile there. Ha! Solution!
Also, on my list you forgot seamless corian countertops and upstairs laundry! Double vanity yes, gas stove yes, counter space AND cupboard space yes yes, formal dining room yes yes yes!! (but no formal living room. Waste!) Haha. I'm very opinionated. Sorry for rambling! (Who am I kidding anyway, anything with a dishwasher is a step up for us right now!)
I'll have everything on your list, except I'll trade a flat-top electric stove for your gas stove, and a formal living room for your formal dining room. :) But we can live next door to each other and go to Sonic every day and do fun crafts.
